How can AERC change what they don't receive? The responsibility lies with the rider and ride manager. Even if the RM made a mistake, can't you look at the results and remember which day you pulled and that it didn't show up? If ANYBODY should call AERC and request a correction it would be you or the RM. I know you frequently complain that they are unresponsive, but that has not been my experience with them in the least.
