[RC] Your Ride History/Pulls - BetnDez

Thank you Angie for your post so succinctly pointing out that completion/pull ratios matter very much.  And thank you Sylvia for bringing this to light..  If we cannot depend upon ride managers' reports and the subsequent EN reports and records then why do we both with the points systems.

Here in the NW Region year end awards recognize horses with 10 consecutive rides within the ride year and it's an honor to make that list of horses.  I'd hate to think that award became meaningless because some rider/ride manager chose to ignore a start that ended in a pull.

<<<<disagree with you that this is
not important.  Stallion owners advertise their completion ratio.
Sellers of horses advertise it.  It matters and a high ratio is
    valueable.

<<<<  Sometimes you have to take your argument "to the people" to
get it out there.  If something's going on and people haven't thought it
was a big deal to let it slide, let's nip it in the bud before it's a big
deal.  Small holes sink big ships.
