Ahhh!
You see, this scares me too! Isn't a deposit
a basic contract? Gosh darn, I'm planning on moving soooo cautiously with
my own purchases. Seriousgeorge, are you there? Can she get her
deposit back?
I'd like to take this time to thank everyone for
their input on my Horse for Sale posting. Hearing both the seller and the
buyers side was eye opening.
