    Thanks, Ridecamp Guest Lynn Kenely, for your excellent comments on
    hobbling. I wonder if there is a minimum age, to avoid sprains on young
    joints? I have never hobbled a young horse - only those that are fully
    grown and toughened up. I've seen the reactions and Lynn is right, it
    can be frightening. But better to have it happen in a nicely lined set
    of hobbles than on a stray piece of barbed wire, eh?
