    You never said if she had an elevated heart rate or resperation rate...  Did she want only hay and not any grain?  Some times when horses have been stressed, this can be just one of the signs.  After she started shivering, did you blanket to warm her?  If so, she should have warmed up and stopped soon afterward.  I wouldn't worry too much, but keep in mine she might not have had a good day that day.  Try electrolying her, she might have been low in that.  See if this will help her out, and it sure won't hurt her to do so.
