Great feed.....especially if it's a beardless variety. If not, could cause some problems by becoming embedded in the mucous membranes of the mouth and cause some ulcers. Same goes for barley unless a beardless (awnless) variety. A super combination is oat, beardless barley and beardless wheat hay.
