    Goosenecks DO have a "bouncier" feeling than bumper pulls--has to do with
    the "load" being in the bed of the truck.  But I agree that if it is TOO
    bouncy, you have some kind of load distribution problem in the trailer,
    causing it to act like a teeter-totter, which WILL bounce you up in the
    truck....   My flatbed gooseneck that we use to haul hay should have the
    wheels placed a bit differently, and it is REALLY bouncy....
