OK, let me rephrase.
I think that the specific directions on the bucket of PnW are not practical
if the rider is at all concerned about actually getting the e'lytes into the
horse. :-) My horse laps them up outta her feed pan, with or without sloppy
beet pulp or grain (she likes them better with something, I think), but
doesn't always drink her e'lyted water and definitely doesn't drink the
e'lyted water on my time schedule. How many horses would ingest sufficient
quantities by diluting them as recommended on the label? It must have worked
well under lab conditions somewhere for them to recommend administering PnW
that way, but it mystifies me.
