    Good point too, Judy.  And I can't remember now if Kathy actually mentioned that about wanting to go to this particular ride, or if someone else did--but at least one person in this discussion mentioned specifically wanting to go to the ride to be a part of the trial because their horse didn't eat and drink well.  Doesn't make the data collection any less important, but WOULD cause the numbers to be somewhat skewed in favor of ulcers....

    Could it be that the high percentage of horses scoped at this ride were there to be scoped?  In other words, like Kathy, maybe a good portion of the riders thought there might be a chance of ulcers, so wanted to do this particular ride.
