[RC] P&R people kicking - Steve Elliott (EQUINE PERFORMANCE)

On the kicking thing or biting, well ive done a lot of work and support
at the rides and since i got kicked and broke my arm. (not at a ride) i
got fired at a couple of times, and they missed , some of us get knocked
    down .
Im been very aware of doing P&R since , and dont much care to do it, it
the hardest job at the ride, and hard to find good help . When i get a
excited horse i usually back out of it, same goes for the hyper impatient
riders ( remember we are a free service) sometimes if you really look at
the situation youre most of the time in a tight group of horses in the
    firing line for a kick,
So please watch out. Ive even said No im not doing that stallion do your
own P&R, Its just not worth it.
i usually take into account of the excitement and use a quick hand held
hrm, or go by their own on-board hrm Stehescopes are just to close, but
you can get a idea in the first 10 sec where they are, if you know what you
are doing. Just for safety awarness. se
