Just personal experience here, but I've only seen one reaction to the WNV vaccine. I'm in north florida, with my horse boarded in an area where we had 6 deaths in a 1 mile radius and 23 confirmed cases last year. My horse is vaccinated, as are most of those around us. Alpine is a known reactor to the EWT vaccine, and showed no effects to the WNV (he's had a series of 2 one year ago, and a booster this year) The reaction I saw was a pregnant mare aborted her baby at 9 months.
Again, not a vet, no hard data, just what I see in the horse community here in Florida. And just as an FYI, we've already had one horse death this year from WNV. Scary disease....
