[RC] saddle fit and bump on withers - Ridecamp Guest

I wrote earlier about a saddle fit problem my horse and I are having. I got great advice.( can't believe underwear got more responses) I have noticed that after I ride there is a soft bump on the withers- just behind and in the middle of the back. She dosen't act like it hurts and there is only one, right on top. This is hard to explain but if any one has had this happen they would be the only ones to understand. also, if you take the saddle off andit LOOKS dry at the withers ( feels sweaty) what does that mean? Can a pad be the reason white spots could happen? I know that when I use different pads her back look different. I really appreciate all advice.
