RE: [RC] Ulcer Research/USA Druggies? - Mike Sofen

Jeez Louise sports fans, I don't make up this stuff, I'm simply passing on
the info I've found. I think it's also quite easy to be in denial about
lots of things regarding our horses, so each of you can do with the info
what fits into your own personal framework.

So if the number was 50% or 25%, would that make you more certain that your
horse didn't have an ulcer? If you had an ulcer, would you suffer with the
pain or treat it? Ulcers HURT. If I had a horse with an overt problem like
    this, I'd treat it.

On the topic of endoscoping at a ride, I have to agree with Bob and Truman -
I want to get as much food and water back into my horse as possible at the
end of ride, not withhold it.

    Mike Sofen
