As of January 4th, I have not yet received an application for sanctioning of ROC, assuming it is still a Special Qualifications ride.

On the entry form that I just received, it says, "At this time, we are applying for sanctioning with the AERC, ASHA and FEI, and will inform you of these applications as soon as we receive notification from the organizations."
