stumbling horses

I noticed my horse will stumble when his weight is too much on his front end
instead of the back end; usually when 'we' are tired and not paying
attention. Then he gets strung out, I get sloppy and he trips. So give a
little half halt here and there and get that back end pushing instead of the
front end pulling, make sure your weight isn't all the way on the front and
that might help.
