Lynette,
Last summer we lost one of the red ones on a horse in the pasture! It's only 
about an acre & I just couldn't understand why I couldn't see it.  That 
afternoon the neighbor down the road drove in & asked if "this thing" might 
be ours. His dog had it in the yard! I guess the dog found it & took it home 
because it smelled "interesting".
