Surely so. This tends to be more an exception, and those riders make better 
choices than the uninformed. Horses are unpredictable at best, and should 
only be handled or ridden in public places by the fundamentally competent. 
They aren't motorcycles - they do weird things - they have opinions - BOY, do 
they have opinions, especially about Horse Monsters!
