Fibromyalgia is a form of rheumatism that affects the muscles. About 70% of
people with rheumatism are sensitive to solanine, a substance found in
potatoes, peppers, eggplants and tomatoes. Try not eating any of these foods
for six weeks -- you'll have to read labels, potato starch is in many
processed foods. Paprika is also very popular in packaged food and is a
pepper. Good luck!
