all season ponchos

Kept an advertisement from Trail Blazer May/June '94 for a poncho;  breathable, no-rip fabric and covers saddle, rider's thighs, etc.  For sale by company "Phenix Ventures in Rose Hill NC.  I don't know if they are still in business, but would like to see about one of these ponchos for wet-weather riding.  Current heavy plastic bright orange thinig is just toooooo hottttt!.  Don't want the jacket/pants setup.

Anyone know info?
