I learned from my centered riding instructor that I hold my head up when I
ride.  I didn't get headaches all the time but sometimes I would get bad
neck and shoulder aches with or without a headache.  If I am careful and
stay aware of what I am doing with my head, I don't have that problem
anymore.  Just something to think about.
