Brush Boots

After just spending $100 at my equine clinic (and more to come after
Monday's follow-up) to remove a mesquite thorn from my horse's fetlock,
and incidently praying it isn't in the joint capsule, I release I must
do the unthinkable: consider boots.

What boot would be best to be used a 'brush' boot? Brand, material (I'd
assume leather is best) and where can I order one? I'm right now
pouring over the myriad of horse catalogs I've got trying to find
something suitable. The terrain I train in can get pretty wicked with
cactus and mesquite and try as I might to avoid stuff, the unthinkable
has happened. These boots function will to be for protection from the
vegetation.
