Black horses and Cow hocks in endurance horses

I have a two year old filly that I am debating about keeping or selling.
However, she is black, which I understand will make it more difficult for
her to cool out during endurance competition and, she doesn't just merely
toe out in back like most Arabians.  I would honestly have to say she is
cow hocked.  Now she might grow out if it, but then again, she might not.
Is this likely going to be a problem doing 25's and 50's?
