Don't forget a glass of fine french wine to go with it!  I'm sure a Merlot
would be called for, it would only be appropriate!  Maybe Grey
Poupon(spelling??) would be called for instead of Ketchup though.

Of course, if you come to the ranch during brandings you'll be expected to
eat Rocky Mountain Oysters...Best if cooked on the branding stove...That's
home cooking!  And there ain't any ketchup around....
