Re: Which is your favorite riding helmet?



I had a little help smashing my lidlocker a couple of weeks ago and was
surprised to find out their replacement policy.  First you send it in, they
inspect it and tell you if you need a new one, then you send $40 to them and
they send you a new helmet.  They estimate this process takes aprox three
weeks.

Now, I haven't priced new lidlockers lately, but stateline tack had troxels
on sale for $29, and international pro-lites for $51.  I don't like the
support straps as well on the troxels so I was going to spring for the
pro-lite, which I found in stock at my local tractor supply for $39.
(regular price).

I did check their replacement policy before I bought it.  If you take a
spill, you send it to them with $25 and they send you a new one. short and
sweet.
