Show and tell, questions for oldbies

Here's the trick.  Rest your arms a little...loosen the reins and go ride
6 hours.  You'll be out there the same amount of time as before, but
you'll cover 50 miles instead of 25! The breeze is better too. >g<  O.K.
Maybe you'll ride 7 hours instead of 4...but the resting the arms
combined with the breeze will make it feel about the same. I'll tell you
what gave me the nerve to do 50, and then 100.  I looked at some of the
people who were doing it and said to myself, "If she can do it I KNOW I
can!" >g<
