Everybody made their own, I think.  Some were pretty elaborate.  We made 
ours from parts we had lying around, so it only cost a few dollars.  You 
can get the parts from any hardware store.  We didn't know there were any 
commercially available systems, so made one that worked.  It also worked 
out that the holder for the hay hoist was an excellent spot to put our 1861 
flag :+).   It's a great way to find your rig when there are a sea of 
them.  Oh yeah I forget, most rides aren't point and point and ya'll know 
where you parked, huh?  lol
