Greetings,

I need info on sweepstakes rules. Well, actually I need any info about sweepstakes at all. I know nothing about it and have a friend who is thinking about riding a sweepstakes horse in a few months. How does it work? Is it a top ten thing? Or just a competition between the sweepstakes horses in that ride? Does weight division have a role?
