Need help Fitting Easyboots!

Hi, I just got a pair of easyboots for my mare. I measursed her hoof
before I got them and it was 5" across. So I got her size 2s. Well I don't
know if these will fit her or not. They seemed really big when I first put
them on her but we took up the heel strap and now the kinda work, I
think...
Could someone please look at these pictures and see if you think I should
go ahead and cut them down?
If there is no hope of them fitting her I don't want to cut them all up!
