Limestone is 34% calcium and 2% magnesium; dolomite is 22% and 10%,
respectively. I don't know at what level magnesium might start to act as a
cathartic, but they don't lose that much magnesium in the sweat. I think my
preference would still be limestone over dolomite, but I don't have any
direct experience trying dolomite.

Anybody else ever used it?
