    Hello ridecampers,

I have a question about cruppers now I keep mine pretty loose so it doesn't 
rub.
But I was wonder how loose it to loose?
How is the propper way to fit it?
Sometimes I feel that if I keep it to loose then it wont work.
Can some one fill me in on the way it should be.
