Dear Kris; I just heard about this yesterday from another good email friend who referred me to www.acmepet.petsmart.com   and they were discussing it on that chat line.  My prayers go out to Chris and Mellisa at this sad time.    This is a lot to think and ponder about, and maybe we can all learn something and put our thoughts to good use, benefiting other horses in the future.   yours, Beth
