Hard to fit horse and SR saddles

I've got a hard to fit ex-racehorse Arab (high, narrow withers that end up
wide at the bottom).

So far we've struck out on Sharon Saare saddles (he got a professional
fitting that struck out and Sharon was called and thinks this horse may need
a DDD tree), Wintex, American, Ansur (yeah, a treeless saddle didn't fit
either), and while my Ortho-flex is the closest so far, it still hurts his
back.

I'm waiting to hear from SR as a custom tree seems to be the only way I can
go.

Anyone got an SR?  Recommendations?
