narrow twist

Jennifer,
I also had success with a narrow twist saddle.  I fractured my pelvis and 
when I started to ride again, it was very painful!  I found a saddle with a 
narrow twist helped greatly.  I used an Orthoflex stitch down (also well 
padded).
