Swanton Pacific 100 very challenging, non-dusty, with lower attendance,
milder weather, more beautiful scenery, safer trails, friendly and efficient
ride management, great vets, and lots of shady forests, mixed with open
ridges and magnificent ocean views. In short, this is a pretty good ride,
even if we do manage it! Try it, you'll like it. We've had riders from all
over the US and even from foreign countries attend it. If you need a list

As one who has ridden the Swanton Pacific and the Tevis, I concur with
this. If you are looking for a low key, excellently managed, low stress,
beautiful but very challenging ride, the Swanton Pacific is it. I haven't
done the Big Horn, but I can say it would be hard to imagine being better
treated or finding more beautiful weather and scenery than at Swanton
Pacific.
