If you are traveling from one state to another, I would always advise
you to be safe and get a health cert UNLESS you know for sure that one
is NOT needed in that particular state where you are going to. CA is
VERY strict and so is AZ--- in fact, AZ does not even allow faxes of
Coggins--- it hasd to be the orig copy (I forget if it is pink or
yellow). The health Cert must be dated within the month for CA and AZ
and the Coggins within the year. From what I am told, this is pretty
common practice.
Health Certs/Coggins--- DON"T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THEM ;-)
