Boarding in SoCal?

Can anybody tell me about or recommend any boarding
facilities in the Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta
areas of Southern California?

Would be looking for good access to trails, daily turnout,
feed 2-3 times a day, grass pasture would be great but not a
must, other riders to go out with, etc.
