Hi Colleen
Check your Windows folder for a INETD.EXE file and right click and
delete then check for a Windows/System folder for a Kern32.exe and/or
hksdll.dll and if there, delete both. There is another file you have to
delete as well- it is listed on www.mcafee.com. My Norton was running in
background but I didn't have the email program turned on so I still got
infected--- it's a sneaky little bugger. (Use Windows Explorer to
find--- right click on Start and click on Explore). Don't want to beat
this subject to death but some of you may have it and not be aware you
do (until your friends email you but if you have Navigator, you may
never figure it out until the damage is done.
