virus on ridecamp? Fix

Don't open any ridecamp attachments.  Don't even try to open attachments.
Once you've tried, and gotten that message that says "improper file format
or corrupt data", it's too late.  You have the virus.  It will mail itself
to other people automatically from your Outlook express.  There is nice
little blurb on McAfee web site about getting rid of it.  It takes about 10
steps but they are well explained.  How would "I" know this?  hmmm, beats
me, just a passing interest.
