FWIW,  this is the way *I* think the horse and rider mileage should be
listed.

one horse section and one rider section, done in columns.

name / region / LD miles / EN miles

it would save a lot of space by not duplicating entries in the EN and LD
sections., and would make it *much* easier to look someone up.
