Contact the AERC, if you plan to do an Endurance Ride it has to be sanctioned 
by them.  Locals might be more Charitable, you could also put on, along with 
the endurance ride a 10 mile poker ride.  The way to go is to get a lot of 
volunteers and be carefull of award expenses.  If you hook up with someone 
that already puts on a ride you can make better profits, they will already 
have the organization you need along with existing supplies.
