Carrying 'lytes on rides

Hi all,

       Tried carrying the mixed lytes in a screw top H20 bottle then shaking 
and  pouring amount needed into a syringe with the tip cut down off near 
base.  Use non-stick spray to coat inside of syringe before ride.  Worked 
pretty well, actually don't need to shake as horse does that for you!
