I use the total gymn, but for easy effective abs, you don't nead anything
but a chair.

Lie on your back, with your legs from the knee down on the seat of the
chair. Keeping your back straight, arms crossed over your chest like an X,
raise yourself. You don't have to come up far, you'll feel it. Just do this
excercise in reps of ten. If you haven't done them previously, start slow
and increase over time. Stop when it hurts, or you'll over do it. This also
strengthens the back, unlike tradtional situps which can hurt your back.
