Helmets

Well, you all have me convinced I should wear a helmet---but you also have
me convinced I may have headaches because of one (since I am prone to them
with pressure on my head).    Can you help me learn what to look/feel for in
fitting one?   What is it about your particular one that you think gives you
the headache - weight?  fit?  balance?   Do colors make a difference in the
heat?  Are lighter weights as durable/strong?    How long must one "test"
the helmet before knowing if one will have headaches from that particular
one?    You've been quite descriptive and thorough in your feelings about
the wearing of them--now I hope you can do as well on how to choose one.
