helmets

I can't believe all rides don't require helmets(for insurance reasons at 
least). I think the Old Dominion rides require helmets, and at the Cosequin 
Challenge, they also required shoes with heels if you didn't have some type 
of safety stirrup(that might be an FEI thing). I use my helmet and my safety 
stirrups, always.
