Book about Equestrian Sponsorships

Given the discussion about sponsorships in endurance, those interested may 
want to check out a book on this topic called "Financing Your Equestrian 
Activities" by Suzanne K.B. Fraser.  It includes interviews with twenty or so 
sponsored equestrians, including Valerie Kanavy.  As I read the book, it 
certainly seemed that sponsorship was possible if you were a known name in 
the competitive world, had a flawless record for integrity, and could sell, 
sell, sell your good name;  it requires a great deal of business and 
marketing sense!  But possible, very possible.

It was written by a good friend of mine who used her own research to seek 
sponsorship and import a Danish gelding for dressage.
