Sponsorship is in the eye of the beholder :-). This sport has a ton of
sponsorship. When gathering awards for rides we offer advertiseing in
return. Private parties sponsor this sport through participation and
cooperation, as have public organizations with the use of land and access
trails. If you want to be privately sponsored for your sport, practice your
public relations and have something to exchange to your sponsor. But be
aware that accepting money and goods is going from amateur to professional,
and that opens a whole new can of worms . For the most part this sport is
amateur, with a very few , very lucky professionals . Remember the old joke
about wanting to make a million with horses ? Start with two million, you
will be lucky if there's one left ! HA
