question re: selling a saddle

Having never sold anything before, not over the internet
anyway, do you all who have ever sold a saddle before give
a time to return if it doesn't fit? What about
shipping/handling when that happens. Or do you just try to
give really good explanations, sizes, photos, etc. and hope
that if it doesn't work out, the buyer will be able to get
rid of it hiself/herself. (My price is more than fair and I
should think it would be easy to get rid of again, I know I
have been getting alot of responses so far!) I don't want
to stick anyone with a saddle that won't work, but I do
need the money and don't want to scare off potential buyers
by letting the first "looker" have the saddle too long.
It's on Steph's classifieds to, BTW (thorogood
endurance/synthetic) Thanks for any advice here!!!
