Marilyn, thanks for the kudos....but can't take the credit.  It was
passed along to me by my ride buddy Flinn Anderson.  Flinn doesn't
cook...unless it's for her horses Abe and Beau...her husband Wally is
much better at it! <grin>  Her Internet access situation does not allow
her to subscribe to Ridecamp....so I send her the good stuff! She
sometimes sends me stuff I pass along.
