AERC used to have a rule that ridemanagers could not ride
their own ride. Dave N. never rode Dave N.'s ride... but some guy
named F.W. Duck did.

This is a nickname he was given, by whom I know not.  It's been about 20
years that he's had it.  The full name is F.W. Duck, standing for, I've been
told, Frozen Wet Duck.  However, I've also heard other interpretations of
the
initial F.  'Nuff said.
