Gee, I hope not. We have been doing the natural trim for the past year and a
half, and have done several rides, all with barefoot horses. I use to shoe
my horses, but now, with the natural trim, my horses hooves at better then
they ever were shod. And we put A LOT of miles on our horses. I would put on
easy boots before a shoe. I learned about the natural trim on RideCamp!
